AreCon, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business in La Mesa, CA. Ben Arellanez is the president of the corporation and has been in the concrete industry for over 40 years. From 1970 to 1990, he was Vice President of Benal Concrete, which specialized in tract and apartment foundations. In 1990 he started AreCon, Inc. and has constructed projects all over San Diego County and in the greater Phoenix area.
Donald Arellanez, our senior estimator, has a degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Together, Ben and Don have over 70 years of combined concrete contracting experience in all phases from engineering to completion.
Our field foremen and personnel are well trained and experienced under Ben’s direct supervision and Don has personally trained and oversees both our estimating department and the office staff.
